It’s almost a certainty… little Lucidia is teething. Slobberingly, gruntingly, babble-ly teething. It’s as if she developed an insatiable appetite for knuckles overnight…

Today we celebrate LuLu’s 12-week-old birthday. 12 weeks ago I was in hard labor. It was not fun.
So last night my LuLu was wheezing while smiling. I thought she was just making cooing sounds, but then I thought something was different. It sounded different. Her lungs were working too hard for it just to be simple wheezing.
Well… Lucidia learned how to laugh today. She laughed for the very first time when Dad lovingly yelled “STINKYSTINKYSTINKY” in her face. She laughed after each subsequent “STINKYSTINKYSTINKY” performance.
I am very proud.
