Some Updates

I love planes. Man, planes are so cool. They’re big, you sit in them, and they take you to places way faster than a car can. How cool is technology?

Mom and Dad are taking me to PA this weekend to see my family. I’m going to see Grammy and Pop Pop, Granny and Popsy, all my uncles (except Uncle David in Korea), and I hope to see the Gorski side. Poor Mom misses that side of the family. I think she really wants to see everyone. She said something the other day about how she hasn’t seen them in so long and misses spending Christmas up there, so I think this is really for her. The fact that she gets to show me off to these people is just a bonus.

Ha ha. Yeah, right, Mom.

So, let’s see.

Oh, and Aunt Claire is pregnant! She nicknamed my forming cousin Sprout. “The sprout and the bean.” Ha! I love it. Did you see the movie they have on Facebook of Sprout? Sooooo coooool!!! (I think you have to be their friend to watch.) Sprout is due in the world in December, just like I was. We’ll have a lot in common. Uteruses, umbilical cords… you name it.

I started daycare recently. I love it! I smile all the time. I laugh, I giggle, I sit in my Bumbo Chair. The ladies just love me. Mom nicknamed the daycare caregivers “Grandmas Version 2.0″ because they remind her of Granny and Grammy.

And I’m sleeping through the night again. I had a serious ear and eye infection last week. I’m so glad Grammy was here to take care of me. And Uncle Mikey came down, too. I love Grammy.

I also got my shots yesterday. They hurt, but I only cried for about a minute. Then I was all smiles. I didn’t even spike a fever. Dad said I’m a really good baby. Ha! Just wait until I’m about 12… The doctor said I weight 15 pounds, 12 ounces, and my height is off the charts! I’m 27 and 1/4″ long. Can you believe that!? I’m going to be tall, just like my dad. And the doctor also said I should start solids soon. He thinks I’m ready. Man, I’m really moving up in the world. I hope Mom will mash me up a BLT and french fries. I don’t need squash or rice or peas; just a BLT and french fries (with ranch dressing, of course).

Anyway, I have to go. Can’t wait to see everyone this weekend!
