Yes, it is the truth. Our little Lulu is mobile. Well, sort of. She sort of needs motivation, something interesting and not-too-close-but-not-toooo-far-away to decide to crawl. And it’s not crawling either. It’s more like tummy carpet sliding.
And I am thrilled.
Well, I’m not so small anymore. I keep growing and growing and growing (or as Sarah Palin would say, “growin’” and “golly gee no way, look adder go!” (I really don’t like that woman’s voice.) I’m over three pounds now and totally upside-down in here. (It’s getting hard to type. This cord keeps getting in the way.) I’m starting to trigger some simple contractions for Mom at night and in the morning so she can get used to it. Wait’ll she sees what I have in store for her! Ha! I’m also making her crave everything sugar. She gained three pounds in two weeks! Boy, was she mad. (She promised to walk more, but I’m making her too tired for that. Just keep feeding me, lady.)
Mom was really mad yesterday. Apparently the place we were supposed to go back to in order to get the 4D ultrasound just up and closed. Permanently. It’s no longer in business! Mom said she wants a refund, but I’m not sure for what. It’s not like she can return me.

The Red Jingly Space Ship (from Mom and Dad)
The buttons are big and easily movable, these colors are nice, and the seat has decent-sized butt and belly room. It also bounces, so LuLu will be distracted while Mom pours another glass of wine and pets me incessantly.
However, this is not a real space ship like I thought it was, so it won’t shoot me away from the other cats I am forced to cohabitate with. False advertising does not please me.
The Boppy (from Bethany Gaspar)
This is an absolutely fantastic piece of equipment. There is nothing wrong with this at all. This keeps me away from all the other cats, I can safely hide and nap in here, it is very comfortable, and it keeps me kind of high up. LuLu will love this—if she can get me out of it.
